Tom has spent over 20 years working in banking and finance. Prior to joining Wentworth Capital, Tom spent 17 years at Macquarie Group working in Sydney and New York, with roles including the global financial controller of the investment banking division and deputy CFO within the Corporate and Asset Finance business. Prior to Macquarie, Tom worked at Moore Stephens. Tom is a Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Macquarie University.

Jonathon has spent more than 20 years working across real estate development, investment and private equity in Australia, Europe and UK. Jonathon joins us from Goodman, where he was the Group Director of Strategic Operations and Group Head of Risk. In this role, he worked with the senior team to establish and execute the global business strategy, in addition to overseeing Goodman's Global Investment Committee. Prior to his role in Strategy, he worked across Goodman’s global Funds platform, representing over $80 billion of capital under management.
